人々

「人々」 は、未完成の音楽や没になった作品を公募し、それらを新たな形で世に送り出すことを目的とした音楽レーベルです。１フレーズしか出来なかった曲、鼻歌、MIDIデータや音の素材、構想や歌詞のメモ、コードの断片まで、あらゆる未完成を募集しています。募集したデータはBandcampにて、コンピレーションアルバムとしてリリースしていきます。

Hitobito is a music label that collects unfinished or abandoned pieces and brings them into the world in a new form.We welcome all kinds of "unfinished" works—be it a single musical phrase, a hum, MIDI data or sound materials, fragments of code, lyrics scribbled in a notebook, or even just a vague concept.The submitted materials are compiled and released as compilation albums on Bandcamp.

作品は随時募集しています。締め切りはありません。また、作品ジャンル、参加資格に制限はございません。年齢、国籍、音楽歴などに関わらず、どなたでもご応募いただけます。

We accept submissions at any time—there is no deadline. There are no restrictions on genre or eligibility. Anyone, regardless of age, nationality, or musical background, is welcome to participate.

カバー楽曲やremixではなくオリジナル作品をお送りください。

Please submit original works only. Covers and remixes are not accepted.

応募いただいた作品の著作権その他の権利は、原則として応募者ご本人に帰属します。人々レーベルが応募作品の権利を取得することはありません。

All copyrights and related rights to submitted works remain with the original creator. The Hitobito label does not claim ownership of any submitted material.

ご応募いただいた作品は、タイミングを見て複数の応募作品をまとめ、コンピレーションアルバムとして順次リリースいたします。

Submissions will be compiled into themed compilation albums and released periodically.

音源ファイルは特にフォーマット（ハイレゾ音源、mp3音源など）は問いません。収録作品ごとに音質や音量のばらつきが出る場合もありますが、極端な例を除き音量の調整もレーベル側では行いませんので、ご了承ください。

Audio files may be submitted in any format (e.g., high-resolution, MP3, etc.). There may be differences in sound quality and volume across tracks. Except in extreme cases (e.g., heavily distorted or excessively loud audio), we do not adjust volume levels.

未完成楽曲に関する構想メモやイメージなど、音源ファイル以外の画像データ、テキストデータ、作りかけのmidiデータなども応募OKです。音楽以外の作品はコンピレーションアルバムの特典としてリリースされます。

In addition to audio files, you may also submit related materials such as sketches, concept notes, MIDI files, text or image data. Non-audio content will be released as bonus material alongside the compilation album.

クオリティによる作品の選定は行わず、送られてきた作品はすべてコンピレーションに収録する方針ですが、内容が著しく公序良俗に反する、または特定の個人や属性に対する攻撃的な内容が含まれていると判断された場合は、収録を見送ることがあります。

We do not judge submissions based on quality—all works will be included in the compilation. However, works that are deemed to be in serious violation of public order and morals, or that contain discriminatory or harassing content, may be excluded.

応募者の希望に沿ったクリエイティブ・コモンズ・ライセンスを各作品に付与していただいており、ライセンスの条件に従って、第三者による利用や改変等が可能となる仕組みを採用しています（なお、「改変禁止」などの条件を含むライセンス形態もございます。詳細は https://creativecommons.jp/licenses/ をご参照ください）。

Each submission is published under a Creative Commons license chosen by the contributor. This allows third parties to reuse or adapt the work in accordance with the selected license. (Note that licenses may include restrictions such as "No Derivatives." For more details, please visit https://creativecommons.org/share-your-work/cclicenses/ )

アルバムはBandCampにて無料でリリースします。NYP形式での収益については、発売後2週間の収益を対象に、30%を運営費として充当し、残額を製作参加者で均等分配します。なお1人あたりの分配額が100円未満の場合、収益全額を運営費とします。分配金のお支払いはPayPalを利用して行いますので、分配を希望する方は応募時にPaypalアカウントをご用意ください。

The album will be released for free on Bandcamp.For NYP (Name Your Price) revenue, 30% of the total revenue generated during the first two weeks after release will be allocated to operational costs, and the remaining amount will be evenly distributed among all contributors.If the individual share amounts to less than 100 JPY per person, the full revenue will be used for operational costs.Payments will be made via PayPal, so if you wish to receive your share, please have a PayPal account ready at the time of submission.

「未完成」に厳格な定義はございません。あなたが未完成だと思った作品をご自由にお送りください。

There is no strict definition of "unfinished." If you consider your work to be incomplete, feel free to submit it.
